The company I currently work for has a website that is mostly for lead generation. On the site, they can either email, chat, or call us for more information. Our sales staff then generates quotes and closes the sale. We do have the ability for users to buy online. However, because of the price, most people want more information before making a purchase.
My question is how we can track offline conversions from online leads. We were thinking about a coupon system with a code that the purchaser must give, but, our prices are already on the low end of the market, so we would like to prevent any loss in profit margin.
