Hi David! Each week you will receive reports for your campaigns summarizing your Keyword Rankings, On-Page Grades, and Crawl Diagnostics. These are great ways to track a campaign's progress week by week. I would also recommend watching the Insights tab of your campaign's dashboard to see where Moz is suggesting to focus your efforts.
