Hi David, I've tried to find something for myself sometime ago, but most of them won't deal with you if you don't have a specific turnover. The one I've tried for instance was http://www.cj.com/ What I've ended up doing is to program an affiliate module for my own system, which I have launched recently. It allows visitors to sign up as an affiliate - you then accept them and they can copy code for the banners, links etc. and paste them on their website.
