Depending on how quickly you want the scraped content taken down you could file a DMCA request. (This is the FAQ's page about it. http://www.dmca.com/FAQ/What-is-a-DMCA-Takedown). It's not cheap, but I've heard they are as fast as they claim, though I have no personal experience with it. I would also check out this site: http://archive.org/web/ It stores pages on the web. Assuming your pages were stored on there, you could (possibly) prove that your content was the original source. Best, Ruben
