I believe that search really should be about the most useful results and not just money. That said, I think that a lot of great sites are missed because they ignore or mis-interpret SEO practices. I love educating clients about the value of rankings to their business in terms of conversions and ROI. I think I'm lucky to get paid for being online all day.
