I worked in-house for an ecommerce business for five years, working directly with other SEO agencies who took my money but didn't deliver the goods. I immersed myself in the information and analysed the data (I'm a GA geek) and the owner decided to hive-off the digital marketing part of the business. I've since set up my own business.
