So if I want it to be a 301, and it is showing up as 301/302 Target, is that a bad thing?

It's a site permanently moved.

On a Moz crawl I see a column that says "301/302 Target" I understand 301s and 302s, but what does this 301/302 mean (shows up in column T on the csv esport).
