Spammy Structured Data?!
Thanks. That is the strange thing - I have had this plugin (and haven't added anything new) in at least year. I am not sure how to markup the author field, but will look into. I just tried to send you a private message, but I am not sure if it went through. Thank you again for the quick response!

"Duplicate" on Google Local - Attorney and Business Listing
Hi Tony! Yes, you would want any practitioner listings on other platforms to match the practitioner listings on Google (i.e. have the same phone number across the board for each practitioner you are promoting). The idea here is that, the more frequently Google finds Practitioner A listed with Phone Number A, the more trust Google feels in the data they have about that entity. Conversely, if Google were to find Practitioner A listed with Phone Numbers A, B, C and D, Google would feel less trust in what the accurate data should be. So, for sure, you'll want to clean up phone number variants you find so that everything you can access matches what you're listing on Google for a given practitioner. Hope this helps!

My Facebook / Twitter Shares Not Showing Up
Hey Bridget, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. The metrics we show for social media shares are URL specific, so we aren't seeing any Facebook or Tweets of the specific URL www.riddelllaw.com and, if you view the top pages section, we show the social shares for the top 25 pages of the site, which also don't have Facebook or Twitter shares. All of the pages we show in OSE include the www in the URL (because the non-www version of the site redirects to the www version). However, I checked specifically the Twitter and Facebook pages for the site and all of the links to the site are shared as the non-www version of the URL: http://screencast.com/t/KMLrwCJHapB Because the www and the non-www pages are considered as different pages, we would not show the shares of the non-www pages when you are looking up the www version of the site in OSE. I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn
