Look at this site in the web archive to see if the theme of this site has been many changed If the site had any drops in organic traffic If the site has many redirects How many other sites are located on the same IP or C block( many webmasters put all these sites on the same server) Does the site has any high-quality links pointing to it What is the link velocity for the specific site Do not look into DA only because it could be manipulated
