Hi there Jan, Thanks for reaching out to us.  I am sorry to hear that you might be finding some inconsistencies within our tool  Without knowing 100% of the KW and the url you are tracking, I am not exactly sure how to address this question to your liking (while respecting your client's privacy).  However I can say that if they are being pretty successful on the DA side, mostly likely they will do well in certain rankings.  Please keep in mind that our competitor's tracker uses exact match when it comes to extracting data for a url.  For example, if you are tracking www.abc.com as a competitor, then our tool will only go out and look for instances where www.abc.com comes up on a KW search, so any other instances where it doesn't match the subdomain we will not report (i.e. non-www site).
