To answer your question, no, you don't have to worry as much about duplicate content if it is only happening on different ccTLDs. The biggest issue with duplicating content is that Google has to choose one to show. In this case, that decision becomes easy to do: Show the one in the right country. Use of Href Lang tags, and setting the target country in GSC, are helpful hints as well.
