I understand how you feel, my client had the same issue on his xnxx site and here are the few things I did that made the title and meta tags re-indexed with 18 hours:
1: Because the site was built with Wordpress, it was easier for me using the Yoast SEO plugin, I simply inserted the Sitemap in the Robots.txt of the site so all URL will be discoverable and re-indexed in the process.
2: I used the Google Site fetcher in the Google webmaster tool, this tells google that I have made changes to the site, so Google bots was invited to crawl the site and reiindex.
It also worked for his youporn website too but this took more than 24 hours as I constantly watched closely on the timeframe.
I am sure if you do the same you are going to get your site re-indexed in no time.
