Hey Thomas, thanks for the input.  The dictation is a little rough so I'm not 100% sure how to respond.  We do have a wide variety of careers on the site, and thus links coming in from a wide variety of sources. As far as .edu links.  We do have a lot of those as well.  Colleges see value in the site for their students and link over. I guess Google sees differently:).  If there's no way to help the algo see that then so be it.  But if it's something we could do differently I'm all ears.  Thanks again.

Consider having him/her produce some content for you as well. It's easier to get links if you have some good content for them to link to.

Hi Aaron, I have done extensive research and testing to find the best Twitter tool and I prefer SocialBro (www.SocialBro.com). You can filter by all of the criteria you mentioned as well by influence, by how often a user is listed, by account age, by time zone, country, gender, etc. It also allows you to monitor tweets, find the best time to Tweet, create lists and analyze competitors.
