Hi Andrew! This is Megan from SEOmoz. You can get rankings for your competitors by adding your competitors information in the campaign settings section (which you can find under the PRO Dashboard). It looks like you do have this set up for 1 campaign, but the rankings haven't updated yet.  I noticed that you've opened a ticket with us regarding your rankings not updating, so I'll make a note to also check on your competitors' rankings to make sure they update too. Sorry for the troubles!
