As far as the traffic, it's going to the home page and then the majority of the top 10 are blog posts on various subjects. We already do use Yoast. For the footer, is there a correct number of terms to use there or is the answer to that, don't do it at all? And if so, is there any evidence that it shouldn't be done at all? I see a lot of people using this tactic.

I see what you're saying. It was my interpretation that the JK Lee listing was just for Google Places and not an actual search listing, but maybe they are one in the same? As for the Super Eyes site, you're right, it ranks fine for "Milwaukee Lasik," but it's nowhere to be found when you use the term "Lasik Milwaukee." Should there really be that much of a discrepancy?
