Heya, when you say "not appearing" do you mean you're searching for keywords you hope to show up for? Or are you searching for the urls of your site specifically? If you write "inurl:the-url-of-your-page" into Google - what comes up?

It is normal that other websites are linking to your home page instead of linking to your inner pages. I would definitely include your keywords in the inner URL, but you should not make the URL very long. Ross

Agreeing with Ross's answer above, in the end, the impact of this on your overall SEO strategy. In most cases, the bigger managed WP hosting services out there have their business in order quite well and you are likely to benefit from their faster servers than trying to run a lot of it yourself.
