We are an agency and we have been using Reporting Suite for a while. So far we are more than happy with it:
- Reports look really professional
- Solid and robust application
- Very flexible and powerful capabilities. At the beginning, it looks a little bit hard to use but once you get the concepts it is really simple
- The Reporting Suite guys keep on adding new features and enhancement continuously
- Great support
- It is a hosted application so you don't need to care about anything. We tried in the past some third party applications based on Excels, but they gave us headaches for several reasons
The only disadvantage is that you can only pull data from GA, but so far this is not an issue for us. They have plans to add addtional data source in the future. It may not be the cheapest tool, but we believe it is worth it bearing in mind the quality of the reports and our savings in time and effort.
