Who is gonna rank better in this case?

site:a has 1500 linking domains and 20000 backlinks

site:b has 1500 linking domains and 5000 backlinks

does good ratio between linking domains and backlinks works?

i am asking only in terms of backlink profile, i know there are more things  than backlink.

I say site with 20000 backlinks will rank better.

Assuming everything else stays the same, I'd say more backlinks means better ranks. I'll be curious to know if that is not true.

I say having quality backlink with having high DA PA website with your niche will definitely rank your website 2-3 month. Quantity doesn't matter in backlink but quality matter it.
