Listings site -is freshness important on results or articles?

We have a property listing site.
Wandered if its more important to update the results of the listings (adding or deleting them) or is adding new articles more important.?

Hi Nick,

I would suggest you do both; add property on a regular basis and als write a blog with relevant articles every now and then. I would not delete sold property for as long as pssible but make clear the property they were looking for is sold and than make suggestions of other property you do have available. Good Luck!
