How do I get my sitelinks to appear

Hi

I have recently launched a new site and I was hoping for destination sitelinks to appear under my site as they do for my competitors' sites.

I have submitted a sitemap but is there anything else I can do to expedite this process or guarantee the sitelinks appearing?
