why Choose Yoast over all in on ?
-
I have switched to Wordpress SEO by Yoast also. It works less complicated then All in One SEO and i think it might run a little faster. Featurewise i think they are on the same level.
-
My recommended WP Plugins list looks like this:
- Yoast SEO
- Gravity Forms
- Cart66
I really like gravity forms because it let's you build complex forms in a rather easy way. Multi-step forms, conditional logic, integration with other tools like mailchimp, paypal, user registration, ...

Update: We just built a plugin that sets a cookie for Adwords visitors and then allows you to display a different phone number to them (even if they leave and come back later). You can define how long the cookie persists, and if it should restart the 'timer' each time the visitor comes back.
*If you try it, please let me know what you think and/or how we could improve it.

Apart from the plug-ins mentioned above, for websites with a small budget I really enjoy using Dagon Sitemap Generator. Having a dedicated page as a sitemap for clients really helps no end and it doesn't take long to set up either.

Another vote for All In One SEO Pack - I've been using it on all new Wordpress installs for a couple of years now.

Hi Guys
Thanks for the great advice here. I see that the last reply was in 2011. I am wondering is there any new plug-ins that people would recommend?
Thanks
