Why would a blank page rank? What am I missing about this page?
-
In terms of content, this page is blank. Yes, there's a sidebar and footer, but no content. I've seen a page like this rank before. I'm curious if they're implementing something on the back-end I don't realize or if this is just a fluke? Etc.
Also, the DA of the site is only a 15, so I don't think that's the reason.

The only instance I can think of is where the search request is extremely niche or refined, in this case a search term could be 'pasco county personal injury lawyer'. Could possibly rank if the searcher is from pasco county and searches for an injury lawyer.
Also, the link on the page refers to a content-rich page that is relevant to the page you point out. Google may rank the page based on what is on the linked to page as it is the only indicator, aside from the title, of what the page is about.

Agree with Trevor and would add that they have NAP info on the page and "lawyer" in their domain name.
