and it does not work? anybody could help?

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to install?

I'm a little confused like Range Marketing as to what you are trying to install. If you are trying to get a custom title tag for Google plus you cannot as far as I am aware. If you are trying to "install" the rel=publisher tag onto a site  we may be able to help. Please give us more info and i'm sure we can help somehow.
