Getting a URL Unaccessible on the page grader

I'm optimizing a site for a financial advisor, here is the site:

I am getting the message "that URL is unaccessible" when I try to use the on-page grader.

This is an emerald website too, I'm not sure if that has any effect on anything though.

Thanks for the question. I just logged in as you and tested that URL in the on-page tool and it worked perfectly. If you're still having troubles can you take a screenshot of the error you get and send it into help@moz.com?
