Hi,

It can be found in Google Webmaster Tools and can be used to fetch a page to see what Google sees when they visit your page.

This is where it is Google Webmaster Tools > Crawl > Fetch as Google

Without a doubt the best tool, another option is to switch off CSS from Firefox Web Developer Tool Bar, which in my opinion is the best toolbar for developers by far! (apart from Moz OOPS!)

There is also a Fetch as BingBot tool in Bing's Webmaster Tools which will confirm Bing's crawler can also index your page. Too many people forget about Bing, but it's often the source of 30% of a site's organic visits, so not a good thing to ignore.
