Social traffic IS tracking data though.

Hey Arian,

Thanks for writing in and sorry that the interaction section of your social reports are looking off. Unfortunately, we have some connection issues between our current tool and the APIs for Facebook and Twitter. I'm afraid that the APIs can throw us 503 errors so we aren't able to pull the interactions data through from them. The traffic information actually comes from Google Analytics so this issue wouldn't affect your traffic data.

We are working to fix this issue with the release of Moz Analytics, but I'm afraid that it will continue to be an issue with the PRO platform. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
