Tutorial Creation Tools
-
Hello,
We'd like to create tutorial showing how to register, how to use backend on our website etc to users. I'd like to try both voice record one and - i don't know how to explain this but - there are some tutorials shows mouse arrow moves and clicks and then pop up messages comes up with explanation. I was wondering if you can recommend me one that you have tried and you were happy to use it. I found quite few on Google but when i download and test them it is not easy to use. I appreciate if you can guide me on this.
Thank you

Hi Sida,
What I think you're looking for is referred to as "screen capture software". I'm not sure if you used that phrase in Google, but if my recommendations below don't help, that might be a way to look...
I've had good experience with Camtasia. I believe there's a free trial.
Expression Encoder might be another option. At one point, you could get it for free through the Microsoft Website Spark program. I'm not sure if that's still the case - just be wary of Expression Encoder versions, though, some of them have serious limitations.

Try Camtasia Studio .. they also have a free tool tool ( looks like it's no longer free ) called Snagit or something like that that will create swf files with watermark.

Seems like Camtasia looks the best and I quite liked their tutorials about how to use their software.
Thank you Bede and Saijo

I am also looking for such software and have read good things about these two
Has anyone had experience of these? I want to develop some simple "help" tutorials for our websites.
