Pros and Cons Google Site Search

I'm having a hard time finding the actual pros and cons of implementing Google Site Search on a website.  Thoughts?  Any data on bounce rate of internal SERP because UX doesn't look like the website?

I know you can customize, but most examples I've seen still look pretty different from the stie's native style.

Any other cons?  Data issues, etc?

Mine is customized to match the website and the things that I like about it are....

--- the adsense income is great

--- it makes things on a large site very easy to find

--- a lot of people who enter the homepage go straight to search
