I also have different URLs which can be accessed from the left side of the site under "Quick Search Links" that go to the different offices within this company.

Thoughts on how to improve would be great.

The title on the home page needs to be edited. "Chant PA Real Estate sell PA Homes for Sale in Pike & Wayne County PA" may have keywords in it but you have to remember that this is the title that will show up in the SERPs.  It is your first impression to a potential visitor/customer, so make sure it is something people would click on!
