Has the star rating dropped?

I know Google Adwords has a trigger at round 4 stars+, if the star rating drops below this the stars turn off.

So this might/might not be the problem.

We're they real reviews or manufactured ones? I've seen a lot of Perth SEO sites had em, and Google took them away because they were misleading.

not a count of reviews, i will give it a few days to see if they come back.

Yes i just had a look as i removed some html from that page, thought i may of taken some of the wrong cope out, but no.

But i did find that i was messing around and added a empty organization snippet see below and forgot to remove it, it was just above the review, maybe it upset things

but then the stars still apeared in rich snippet tool, so I doubt this had an affect, but i have removed it and i will see.

bob just to let you know, i re-did the reviews using actual reviews on page, just 2 of them and i have the starts back.
