Firstly you should understand the "too many links" warning/error is an alert which you should pay attention to, but it may not necessarily require corrective action. Most tools determine "too many links" as more then 100 links on a page. The first question is, how many links do you have on your pages? If it is 101 then I would not be concerned, whereas if you have 200+ there is certainly a need to investigate further.

Next understand the higher your DA, the more links your site can support. With that said, you should still optimize your pages and remove any links which are not actively used or otherwise are not helpful.

Since is a forum, how can I solve this?

If you determine the issue needs to be solved, the first step is determining how many links exist on a blank forum page. If your site has a 404 page which includes your navigation bar and footer, that would be a good test. If not, create a blank forum page which uses your forum's page container. Then check the number of links. If there are too many, you need to consider modifying your header, footer and/or navigation to remove links which are not necessary for your site's visitors.

I had a quick look at your site. Your individual discussion pages don't seem too bad. The partner links in the sidebar you might want to look at, these look awfully like paid links and probably do to Google as well. The 'similar' discussions feature you have at the bottom of the page, unless this is highly relevant and is used a lot (you would have to test it) you might be able to save those links.

As Ryan has said, you need to go through all of your main pages and consider what should/shouldn't be there, and what's useful vs what can be lost. Reducing the number of on-page links will do you no harm and should offer plenty of gains in the longer term.
