Hi i am looking for the best free press release sites and the best free article sites where i can submit my articles and press releases and gain maximum exposure.

I would like to know your experiences with the free services and how much exposure you have gained.

With my articles i am looking for free article sites where other websites will publish my articles and help drive traffic to my site, and i am also looking for article sites where you can include a link.
