Is anyone familiar with the SEOClarity tool?

I am looking into several SEO tools to track daily rankings, backlinks, etc and found the SEOClarity tool which seems pretty good and complete. However, I would like to see if anyone has used it and if its worth the price for it. Thank you!

I haven't had any experience with it, however seeing as their domain authority is in the twenties, the landing pages aren't exactly wow-worthy, and you're already asking on an alternative PRO Paid forum, I wouldn't move from SEOmoz if I were you!

I completely agree with you on that. plus i dont like the fact that the website doesnt have any testimonials or case studies or logos from clients (and will definitely keep SEOmoz tools). However, they contacted me and ran a demo presentation and I was pretty impressed on the features that the dashboard includes. It tracks every changes on your website, on social media (likes on facebook, twitter), links and then shows correlation with traffic on a pretty easy to read graph. plus keyword rankings and other stuff that other tools do as well. just found it pretty neat, but since i've never heard of it before i want to see if anyone has used it. Oscar, did you get anymore insight in regards to SEOclarity? They do have a fairly impressive tool, but it is always a cost/benefit thing. If Anyone is using please chime in....

I've used it at a couple of my previous SEO roles, and I'm piloting it at my new job for possible implementation here. I really hope it works out because I'm a huge fan of the tool. It provides some incredible insights, and it's scalable across very large sites. I actually appreciate the fact that they don't advertise all of the clients they have on their site, because I've had a couple of their competitors go through their sales pitch, and they always do so ad nauseum.

If you have specific questions, I can try to help fill you in on some more specifics (usage, metrics, etc.). But to address your question as to whether it's worth the price, I have to say it depends. From a business perspective you have to determine if the monthly cost for the tool can be offset by additional profits gained from the actionable insights provided by the tool. For a large site, it's easy to justify the cost. I haven't really used seoClarity for smaller sites, so I can't say. It may be just as valuable to stick with a Pro account on SEOMoz for those sites. I will say that those competitors I mentioned don't provide even half the quality of information and they charge about 3X or 4X more than seoClarity. So as far as comparable value, seoClarity is much better than their competition by far.

Thanks for the Reply Keith. I guess the main question is whether it is worth the cost and the tool actually performs as they describe. Do you see the tool fall short on any aspect? (I certainly won't ever get rid of my SEOmoz account) but for some of the large websites I run SEO for this may be a useful tool. Unfortunately there is just not a whole lot of industry information out there about it.

I'm sitting through their sales pitch right now and have mixed feelings on this tool.  It does a lot of the same things my current tool box will do with more a bit more emphasis on competitor analysis.  They didn't give me a $$ yet

Did you ever get a demo? Or just a sales pitch? What did you think? The rest of this thread is 2+ years old, I am curious how far the tool has come in the last couple years, and it it's worth looking into.

Hey Mike,

I sat in on the sales presentation webinar and their sales rep went through the system very quickly.  Over all, I was not impressed as I have all the same functionality in my current tool box at a fraction of the cost!  They want over $2,500 for setting up the tools for 20 "client accounts".  Their biggest feature was competitor analysis (rank tracking & backlinks) and the ability to white label reports. There are so many tools out there that do the EXACT same thing!

Hey Mike, it's Nathan Joynt here. seoClarity certainly has come a long way even just in the past year. While at their first conference last week (Clarity'13) they announced some really great upcoming features including measuring for term (not provided). I like them too because their product road map is driven from member requests. Mitul (the owner) told me last week that if two users request the same feature, they'll build it. Simple as that.
