Better for SEO to use a hyphen in the name of a website to break up text?

To maximize SEO, would it be better to use a hyphen between two words in the name of a website? For instance, www.londonparis.com or www.london-paris.com.
Would it be OK to use www.LondonParis.com
Many thanks in advance,
Ricardo

We just went to expense to acquire keyword.com domains to replace equivalent key-word.com domains that we were using for a few years (keyword.com was already registered when we started our sites).
We believe that all other factors being equal, google will rank keyword.com higher than key-word.com.
Also, imagine how difficult it might be to tell someone your domain when it has a hypen it it. Instead of telling them londonparis.com you have to tell them london, hyphen, paris .com and they say..... WHAT WAS THAT? HUH?

I don't believe it matters. Google interprets the dash as a space. If your website is a quality source for the answer to someones search query, it won't matter if your website uses dashes or not. For brand-ability I would opt for no dash but if you have no other choice than to buy the domain with the dashes, I believe it makes no ranking difference.
