How cool is this Q&A Forum!

I love it, it's brilliant. You get to peruse through the questions to see real world examples of SEO issues, and help with things you do know the answers to, as well as learn loads from seeing others answers on things you don't know the answers to... I'm getting addicted to coming on here!

The instant-ness of it all makes it much better than any other SEO forum out there in my opinion.

Totally agree. I love it because it helps prepare me for questions that I haven't been asked yet. It's a great way to stay on your toes and continue to learn and grow in the space. SEOmoz is really cementing itself as one of the best SEO resources available and certainly with the best community.

Steve, I agree.  This is fantastic!  I am on this daily; not only to ask questions and provide feedback to others, but  to see issus what other SEOers are facing.

This is a smart move by SEOMoz, this forum will take over dwindling SEO forums we used to visit which are now full of spammers and ridiculous content. Barrier to entry is the key to quality here. Well done.

I agree... "Barrier to entry" was smart smart move.  500 mozpoints and paying members are serious people who don't want a forum full of noise.

The spammers and bottomfeeder SEOs have burned me out on another forum where I have posted for a long time.

It's all so practical too. I would bet that anyone who spent an hour or two each day in here just reading through the questions would make a great SEO after a year

Same.  It's a great way to stay sharp on certain areas of SEO that you might not deal with on a daily basis.  I also like the Q and A section because it's a good way to begin networking with some other webmasters and SEO people.

It's funny - I'm presenting today to the entire staff at SEOmoz for our quarterly "all hands" meeting, and a screenshot of this thread is exactly what I needed

The barrier to entry thing is interesting - at first we worried it would mean that participation might not be as heavy as others, but the barrier to entry clearly carried value. Will make sure to give props to the team members who worked on this.

And just FYI - we plan lots more improvements in the future, so if you've got suggestions, don't hesitate to make 'em!

I just signed a pro account in SEO Moz, but for this first week ive been activily using the Tools of SEO Moz and visisiting the Forum. The funny part is that i never tought the most helpfull part of being pro would be the Fórum.

Like someone said before, the barrier entry is, indeed, a great way to keep only good quality posts here. Compared to other fórums I used to read (and almost never wanted to comment on) this one is heaven.
