I think it will be very hard to get referrals since the whole site itself is for a rather specific niche - restaurants. But it targets not restaraunt users, but restaurant owners and managers. Getting in touch with those and making them sign up might be pretty hard.

I agree... Not sure a better method to target the restaurant owners...
