What are Core Web Vitals Issues? How to improve them?

Just checked our website's Google search console and found we have more than 100 core web vitals issues in Mobile & Desktop. Daily it's increasing.  I read some articles on Google but didn't get expected answer.

How can we solve Core web vital issues for our website? I looking for the expert advise.
