Recently I have interacted with Google's new Feature Snippet Functionality. Please refer to the link shared.

Helth Insurance is a tough topic right now the query you sent me does not have any featured snippets showing for it.

You need to utilize it will  need to utilize it will like Moz , Ahrefs , SEMrush or GetSTAT to find

query swear feature snippets are not cemented from the competition. Meaning if the competition has had it for a period of over six months there’s a very low chance it’s going to be changed unfortunately. Not to say that it can’t be.

The gods above will be helpful in terms of what you need to know about  Featured snippets but I would be wasting your time without knowing you’re domain  that way I could tell you were to go for.
