Doubt Regarding Moz Spam Score

My website is https://www.whatiscbd.com/ .  When I check spam score of whatiscbd.com, moz show that its spam score is 9. And when i search spam score of www.whatiscbd.com, spam score is 0. Although both are same website. Why i am getting such issue. Is there any issue in my website's URL redirection. If yes then what's the issue?

When I analyse 'whatiscbd.com' I see a spam score of 2. Would you be able to write in to help@moz.com so that we can look at this further please? If possible would you also be able to send a screenshot of OSE showing your spam score as 9.

One reason as to why the spam score is different between the two, is because I can see different inbound links which are only pointing to either the www version or the non www version of your site. (Regardless of whether they redirect).
