Hubspot as single CMS / CRM / Email Marketing tool

Hello,

Next year we plan to redesign the website of our insurance business. Right now, my team manages the site, which runs on Concrete5 CMS. It's a small lead generation site with around 50 pages (i.e. this isn't a big website).

I'm considering moving to Hubspot so we could use their CMS to build the site, and offer our small three-person sales team access to the Hubspot CRM and email marketing tools. I know Hubspot might not be as robust as Salesforce, but again, we have a small three-person sales team and I feel they can get by with a basic CRM and don't need the Cadillac (Salesforce).

I've been in touch with a local agency who specializes in Hubspot and I'm encouraged by what I see. I like that the website, CRM and email tools could all be in one echosystem and that we could track leads more efficiently as a result. However, I want more input.

I have close to 20 years experience working in a wide variety of CMS platforms, but have zero experience with Hubspot. That's why I'm turning to you guys. Does anyone have experience with Hubspot and would you be willing to share your opinion of it?

Anyone have any good or bad to share?

Working on a new website in the credit card industry - I have read the HubSpot blogs for years; Loving it. Even used their CRM and I liked it too.

I have always used the free and lovely WordPress. If I understand well the HubSpot CMS pricing is starting in the $12K range, so  I really want to know about their CMS. What do we gain from it more than free CMS that should make it worth that hefty pricing? Thier sales team was not too helpful over chat to help me understand that, and I remain confused....

@Erik, What CMS have you used before?

We are both looking for insight into the Hubspot CRM. Anyone?
