There are a lot of common website hacks which are used to provide fake content/page titles and meta descriptions plus links back to whatever money site is being promoted.
Just checked and Tuscola Today is a WordPress site - WP has been the most common target of a number of these hacks due to the fact it's so popular, and a lot of people don't take decent security precautions/update their plugins as required.
The 'Cialis WordPress Hack' has been fairly well known about for 5+ years, but there are plenty of people out there who haven't encountered it before

Yes my thoughts were initially that the site was hacked. Interesting that the technique still works. I googled Cialis online and found that the top 5 results were all black hat. So I guess Google is still vulnerable. Thanks for the answer.
