Just looking to see what software people use when managing multiple Facebook Ad clients, AdWords clients, Twitter Ad clients and so on?

I am a small business managing multiple clients across different platforms.

Is there any software I "SHOULD" be using? If so, what and what is the cost?

Looking for ideas within a budget.
