Hello,

You mean add keywords in URL ? It doesn't give you any ranking boost, but can help visitors know what they will find on your webpage without even clicking on it.

Best practice with URL's at all time, is to keep them short and to the point. If this page is about sectional garage doors, call it so, but don't expect to get anything from it in terms of a boost. You get a page that makes sense, and that is most important.
