Evaluating SEO vendor for my startup

Take a good look at the homepage of the vendor's website. Read the first three paragraphs (will need to scroll a bit to see the second and third). You can read them as they were on January 18th at archive.org.

What do you think? It is quite possible that they are not ranking because Google does not want a searcher going there and asking... "why did they send me here?" ... and there might be other reasons too.
If that is the kind of work that they display on the homepage of their own site, consistently in paragraph after paragraph down the page - where their work directly represents them, then what kind of work are they going to do when they represent you?
Do you want that level of care given to your brand?
FYI... the links in Moz Q&A are nofollow.

@EGOL - check whois of both domains and you will see that same person hold both domains.
Poor man linkbuilding...
-
Lol, I was thinking the same thing as soon as I saw that first link....
-
Arrrgghhh.... I mighta been snookered.
Thanks for checking on that Peter. I was a little suspicious and that's why I added the FYI, but it never occurred to me to sniff the whois.

I report this last night to mods and in Twitter. Before 12 hours...

I hope the mods leave it up.
