ResponseSource alternative for France, Germany, Spain & Italy

Hi

We use ResponseSource for our UK campaign and are looking for an equivalent PR request service for France, German, Spain and Italy.

We're trialling ResponseSource for France right now but there's not much coming through, we've been told German doesn't get much either. We're happy if it's separate services but we're looking for something to aid on our European campaigns so hopefully people know a few alternatives.
