      Caching Level

Determine how much of your website's static content you want CloudFlare to cache. Increased caching can speed up page load time.Caching Level    Ignore the query string of static content

How often do you update your site? Do you use query strings in static content to represent changes in versions (ie: like style.css?v=3)

If you update your site infrequently and don't use querystrings in static content for any real reason, then sure, turn it up.

The only problem caching presents is when you update the site, there is the chance that CloudFlare or any CDN will take some time (hours, days, weeks, depending on your settings) to re-check and update the cache.

          Thanks Russ

          Good answer.

Yes, I do update quite frequently on some of my sites. Cloudfare does have a button to refresh the cache instantly, but that would mean you would have to go to it every time you made a change.
