Keyword Stuffing - Image Alt

One of our category pages is keyword stuffed. But we are not able to change the image alt text. It is automatically generated as the title of each product. We would be able to get the keywords down if that was not the case, but now there is 30 alt image keywords along with 25 other elements of the keyword. I can only change 2 image alt texts. What can I do here?

What do you mean by "along with 25 other elements of the keyword.."

So your product title is automatically inserted as the alt tag of an image, so what are the other 25 elements? If it is just the title, sure I can understand and it should be fine - as long as the image is about the title.

Now if the image alt tag is stuffing other elements of a product as the img alt tag (such as other fields) then I would advice altering that automatic code.

25 total between title, body, meta description, & h1. Then 30 more in the image alt.

If I could change the image alt I would make 1 or 2 keywords in the image alt and then take 2 off of the body, but I cannot change the image alt.

looking at your page now, it appears that while you have a lot of occurrences of the same keywords (track 43, curtain 29, and curtain track 22), the density of them is quite low, 4% or less.

This wouldn't be classed as keyword stuffing as far as i'm aware as you have plenty of other relevant content to dilute the frequency of them.
