Targeted Traffic sources ?

I was hoping for some ideas here, are they any companies or sources that an drive targeted traffic to your website other than the usual Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, SEO

There is 100's of above the line marketing methods.  I will not detail them. A few more to ad to your list are:-

Email outs

Linked in, Pin Interest, Instagram

Outbrain/Taboola

Re-Targeting/Double Click

Outbrain is a v slow burn - low cost....  and I am getting some great results for customers... watch that one...
