Thanks for posting your question. I don't think you site has penalized as it's showing in SERPs on your branded keyword and even the pages are indexed (https://www.google.com/search?biw=1280&bih=675&q=site%3Aonedaykorea.com&oq=site%3Aonedaykorea.com)

The possible problems your site is facing are:

1. You have very low backlinks as compare to your competitors. As per OSE you're just have 4 referring domains pointing links to your site.

2. You have some problems with the on-page SEO. For instance, this title of your homepage doesn't make any sense to me "Korea Tour  Seoul Tour Packages | ONEDAY KOREA | Korea tour packages. Seoul private tours and Korea private tours". Make it short, descriptive and natural.

3. Have you seen this decline in recent times? I mean, was your site performing well in past? If yes, I'd love to see the analytics shot.

4. Add some more optimized content on main pages of your website.

If you personally ask me the kind of keywords you are targeting and in against of that the kind of links you are building are not very powerful (if not bad). I think you need to work much more hard on building quality links that point back to the website. Try to get some contextual links from within the content of relevant websites (I believe travel would be a good niche) in that case.

as for the Korean tour keywords, there are also many sites, that are not optimized properly, though.

but I will keep trying SEO more anyway.

Hi there

I would make sure your sitemap is properly uploaded to Google and Bing Webmaster Tools.

I would also work on your on-site SEO, particularly around:

• Title tags - Yours seem over-optimized and seem to be double populating.
• Information Architecture - Your site has a very confusing layout and odd top navigation. I would work on this.
• URL Structure - All of your URLs contain "product-category". This is unnecessary and adds a pointless level to your site hierarchy. Remove this.

Lastly, I would do a backlink audit - you have low metrics in Majestic and OSE - take a look at your backlink profile and decide which links should be removed or updated if needed.
