"?inline=true" Duplicate Page

I have a new Drupal client and am getting a duplicate page error and indicates "?inline=true" after the domain as the culprit. Google comes up empty

There are different types of duplicate content, and URL parameters are a common culprit. This is especially true for ecommerce sites. Fortunately, there's an easy fix. Set up a canonical tag for the URL that you want indexed,

The page in question (the homepage) already has a Canonical tag. I'm going to go ahead and run all updates. Hopefully its simply an issue with a module. I've never heard or seen anything like it in Drupal.
